"Pretty happy with it so far"
Pretty happy with it so far. I’ve had my Endy mattress for a few weeks now, and after that first night, I was surprised by how comfy it felt. It’s not too soft or too firm, just a really nice balance. I’ve been sleeping through the night more often and I’m not waking up sore like I used to. it’s been a good change.

"Checkout was fine, but still took some effort"
Checkout went smoothly overall, but I did feel like I had to put in more effort than I expected just to get through it. Nothing really went wrong, though, so I can’t complain too much.

"Way easier than I expected"
I ordered from Endy when the box showed up I was like, great, this thing is way heavier than I thought. I was not in the mood for a whole setup process. But then we got it inside, opened it up, and suddenly I was impressed. It was super straightforward, no confusing steps, no weird instructions, nothing. Took maybe 10 minutes and it was basically ready to go. Happy with it so far.

I wasn’t expecting much, but the packaging was actually really good. My order showed up with no dents, no ripped corners, and everything was clean and easy to open. It’s nice when a company manages to get the basic stuff right for once. Happy with it overall.

"A Little Movement Is Fine, But Big Turns Are a Whole Event"
It handles small movements from my partner well, so not every little shift wakes me up. But when they do a full-on dramatic roll over, I definitely feel it and sometimes it pulls me right out of sleep. So the motion isolation is decent, just not amazing

My back does hurt less since using it, so I’ll give it credit for that. I still wake up feeling stiff some mornings though. I guess with stuff like this, it can help, but it’s not always going to solve everything for everyone

"Customer service was fine, not..."
Customer service was fine — not amazing, not terrible. They did fix my issue in the end, so I can say with absolute certainty that it got handled. That said, it definitely took longer than it should’ve. I had to follow up twice and waited a couple days before hearing back, which was kind of annoying. But once they finally got to it, everything was sorted.

I had a small issue with my mattress after using it for a while, I wasn’t sure how annoying the warranty process would be. Endy Sleep support replied quickly, asked me to send over a few photos, and then took care of it without making it feel like a big hassle. It was way simpler than I expected, I’m really happy with how they handled everything.

I ordered from Endy the shipping experience was great. They kept me updated along the way, and the box arrived right when they said it would. I didn’t have to follow up or deal with any random delays, which made the whole thing feel really easy. Based on my experience, they’ve got the delivery process down.

"My back actually feels better now"
I decided to try the Endy Sleep because my lower back was cranky every single morning. Annoying. After just a few nights, I noticed I wasn’t sinking in the way I did on my old mattress, and my spine felt a lot more supported.

It’s firm, but not in a hard or uncomfortable way. Perfect. I’ve been waking up with less stiffness and feeling way straighter, which I didn’t expect from a mattress. Easy 5 stars from me

"Pretty decent, though I expected a little more"
I picked this up kind of on a whim because I needed something quick and didn’t want to spend forever comparing options. When it arrived, it did the job fine and I didn’t really have any major complaints. That said, after using it for a bit, I did find myself thinking it felt a little pricey for what it is. Not bad at all, just one of those purchases where you’re like, “Yeah, it’s okay,” but you’re not exactly blown away either

"Didn't notice much smell, at least for me"
I was a bit nervous about the smell when we first unboxed the Endy since I can be sensitive to that kind of thing. There was a faint new-foam scent at first, but I left the window open and by the next day I couldn't really smell it anymore. Obviously I can’t say how it would be for everyone, but in my case I slept on it the first night and it didn’t bother me. Relieved about that.

"I used to wake up with my hips..."
I used to wake up with my hips feeling sore from my old mattress, which got old fast. The Endy felt a little firm the first night, not gonna lie, but after that it seemed to settle in nicely. Now my shoulders and hips sink in just enough, and I’m not tossing around nearly as much. Overall, I’m happy with it...

I was a little nervous the endy might feel too firm because I do like a bit of softness, but it’s actually been kind of perfect for me. It has that nice medium-firm feel where I’m supported and not sinking in too much, but it still has enough give to feel cozy.
After a few nights, my back was feeling better and I noticed I wasn’t moving around as much in my sleep. My partner is into it too, which surprised me since they’re usually not a fan of firmer beds. Thrilled with it, 5 stars from me.

I’ve been sleeping a lot more comfortably since switching to this. I don’t wake up sweaty like I used to, and it just feels cooler overall compared to my old bed. Definitely a nice change.

"Solid edge support, no complaints so far"
I wasn’t sure how the edge support would be, but it’s been really solid. I can sit on the side of the bed to put my socks on and it barely sinks at all. I guess all the worrying I did beforehand was avoidable. Overall, I’m happy with it so far.

I’m sleeping so much better now, which has been a huge relief. I was getting frustrated before, and if things go back to how they were, I’d probably have to look for another option. But for now, I’m really happy with it.

I’ve had my Endy mattress for a few months now, and my basic test is simple: does it still feel good, does anything look off, and do I wake up annoyed? So far, all yes in the right direction. The cover feels soft, the seams look neat, and I haven’t noticed any weird sagging. It gives me that “well made” impression without being too firm or stiff. Overall, I’m happy with it
